Lucy Hale's Look for the BongoJeans Event in CA

Lucy was hard at work promoting her new Bongo line on May 11th. She looked adorable wearing a cute little black sleeveless top and multicolored patterned pants. She accessorized with some gorgeous heels that showed off her feet, she wore a key necklace, and her makeup and hair were perfect. She looked simply elegant! :)
